THE BIRTH OF JESUS
Every day of the year we should remember the birth of Jesus.He came from heaven,born as a baby in Bethlehem.He is the Christ which means the Anointed One.He was anointed to be Prophet, Priest, and King.
He is King of king sand Lord of lords.He is the creator of heaven and earth and all that is in them.Therefore the heavens declare His glory and the skies His handiwork.His name is Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father,and the Prince of Peace.
He is the First and Last,and no one is before Him or above Him.His name is above every name for He existed before the beginning of time.
He was named Jesus which means Savior for He shall save His people from their sins.He also is Emanuel, which means "God with us."He is the Lamb of Godwho takes away the sins of the world.
In Him is life which is the light of the world.This light is shining in a dark wordbut the world does not understand Him or His coming.He is the true light that gives direction to all in the world.Although, He came to His own creation,He was not received.Yet, if you will receive Him,believe in His name,He will give you the right to become a child of God.
Every day of the year we should be celebratingGod’s coming to earth as a manin order to redeem His creationfrom the clutches of the forces of evil.
Let us honor Christ by giving of ourselves to help others in the same way He came to help.Only in this way is there hope for our nation and society.
Jesus loved so much that He gave His life.What we can give is very little in comparison,yet what we give will be blessed by God and used to perform great things for Him.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8 WEB)
